Strength & Conditioning Coach
Starting as a Physical Training Instructor in the Royal Air Force (UK), Lizzie developed her personalised coaching style. She has worked with various high performance teams and now specialises in female health and fitness and Strength and Conditioning for sports performance.
Lizzie loves the outdoors with her passion being all things fitness and adventure related. Think ultra marathons, Ironman triathlons, hiking, skiing, snowboarding and hockey and she's there! She loves helping her clients achieve things they never thought possible.

Andrew started his fitness journey from the tender age of 15 years old. He has always had an athletic background stemming from track and field, where he specialized in javelin and discus. He then played rugby and participated in Dragon Boating which eventually led him to find his passion in CrossFit and the sport of Fitness in general.
Andrew believes in getting the basics right and building a solid foundation so as to enjoy training safely and to continuously progress positively. He helps others achieve their physique goal, conquer their weaknesses, improve their strengths and specializes in body transformation and Olympic lifting and gymnastics.

Rob is currently Head of Fitness for Cambodian top division side Svay Rieng F.C. where he is responsible for the physical development, day to day monitoring and Injury rehabilitation of the first team players. Before moving to South East Asia Rob worked in the English Premier league as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at West Bromwich Albion F.C. within the academy structure. Rob has worked with an array of athletes through positions at professional sports clubs, premium strength facilities and Crossfit gyms in the UK, Singapore and Cambodia.
Rob uses his experience and knowledge gained through high performance sport to develop tailored online programmes that successfully builds athletes. Although Rob specialises in sports performance, he believes everyone should train like an athlete and uses this philosophy with all his online clients regardless of their current fitness competency.
