‘Growing the Empower Empire’

I’m super happy to announce the expansion of Empower Fitness as a fitness coaching company. I have so much to share with current clients, friends and family on what we have been working so hard on behind the scenes.

Firstly, thank you to all Empower Fitness clients for sticking with me through lock down, turning up to the ‘zoom room’ on a regular basis and supporting my business through some pretty crazy times in 2020. Since coming out of lock down and being back in the awesome gym at Core Collective, there are still a few clients who haven’t missed a session… even when I tried to cancel them!

New Coaches

I am excited to announce the new coaches I have brought on board to expand the coaching services offered at Empower Fitness.

Andrew is an awesome addition to the team, in fact he was my S&C (Strength and Conditioning) Coach before I persuaded him to move across to Empower Fitness, and now I get coaching on a daily basis (when I can handle it!). Andrew specialises in functional fitness, he has a background in both coaching and competing at CrossFit and Olympic lifting, and knows how to get the most from his clients from a performance and functional point of view.

Next, I was introduced to Nat by a mutual friend and we hit it off immediately, we have the same coaching style and ethos, AND she owns her fitness clothing shop too ( what’s not to like! Although she had to have a nap after meeting me for 1 hour, I’m pleased she came back and is ready to put up with all my chat! Nat also has a background in CrossFit, group training and loves sports related S&C. Not only is Nat an amazing coach, she has helped with building the brand and giving Empower Fitness a new look (we hope you like the new Logo!).

New Group Training

Because of all of our backgrounds in group training, we have teamed up with Momentum Bootcamps and are now offering a range of group training sessions to supplement your Personal Training.

Current sessions include, interval running training, HIIT and Strength specific bootcamps. Locations include the gym at CoreCollective, Dempsey area for running, an

d Botanic Gardens for bootcamps. Keep an eye out for a new timetable in 2021.
